Terms and Conditions

 

Prices

All prices quoted in our brochures are exclusive of VAT.  Prices shown are not offered as quotations, and are subject to change without notice.  Customers are assured however, that prices charged at the time of invoicing will be the most competitive we can offer.  We reserve the right to and title of the goods until they are paid for in full.

 

Specifications

Whilst all specifications in our catalogue are correct at the time of printing, we reserve the right to alter them without notice.

 

Ordering

When ordering, please quote reference numbers where possible.  Our objective is to despatch orders received before 2.00p.m on the same day of receipt.  Orders received after this time will be processed and despatched the following day.  All efforts will be made to express urgent orders.  Orders will be despatched by either DX, Courier or Royal Mail depending upon preference of the practice and/or value of the order.

 

Minimum Order

Please note that we do not demand any minimum order value.

 

Part Delivery

We constantly endeavour to carry adequate stock of all items shown in our catalogue.  If certain items are not in stock you will be informed and these will be despatched as soon as the goods become available.

 

Postage, Packing and Delivery

All goods are priced ex-warehouse.  We do add a charge for postage, packing and delivery.

 

Terms

30 days net from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing, for account customers.  We accept payments by cheque, BACS and all major credit cards with account details available on request.

 

Damages or short deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods.  Claims outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

Please note that whilst we are prepared to invoice goods ordered via buying groups we regard such buying groups as agents, and in the event of any default, we reserve the right to seek any sums outstanding directly from the person or company ordering the goods.

 

A 10% administration charge will apply where goods are retuned that are not faulty or have been sent out to you in good faith.

 

Items not in Catalogue

Lack of space may prevent us from listing all items that we hold in stock.  If your requirements are not shown or listed, please enquire regarding availability, price and delivery.

 

Returns/Cancellation Policy

 

Goods will only be accepted back if faulty and returned within 14 days of original despatch date and are accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the invoice number.  Goods that have been opened or partially used will not be accepted for return.  We will not accept incomplete packs back for credit. 

We do not accept returns and operate a no cancellation policy once goods have been paid for.

 

Postage will not be credited on returned items unless the product is faulty.
